The Department of Information Technology prepares specialized professionals with the technical and managerial knowledge and skills required to develop digital solutions and leverage information technology across various sectors. The department offers two academic programs: Bachelor of Business Information Technology and Bachelor of Smart Device Application Development, focusing on digital transformation, data analytics, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and smart application development to meet organizational and labor market needs.
يسعدني أن أرحّب بكم في قسم تكنولوجيا المعلومات في جامعة آل البيت، الذي يسعى إلى تقديم تعليم أكاديمي نوعي يجمع بين المعرفة النظرية والتطبيق العملي، ويواكب التطورات المتسارعة في عالم التكنولوجيا والتحول الرقمي.
يعمل القسم على إعداد كوادر مؤهلة تمتلك المعارف والمهارات التقنية والإدارية اللازمة لتطوير الحلول الرقمية المبتكرة، وتوظيف تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مختلف القطاعات، من خلال برنامجي بكالوريوس تكنولوجيا معلومات الأعمال وبكالوريوس تطوير تطبيقات الأجهزة الذكية، اللذين يجسّدان التكامل بين التكنولوجيا واحتياجات المؤسسات وسوق العمل.
وانطلاقًا من رؤيتنا نحو الريادة في تعليم تكنولوجيا المعلومات وتطبيقاتها، نحرص على تطوير برامجنا الأكاديمية باستمرار، وتعزيز الجانب العملي والتطبيقي، وتشجيع البحث العلمي والعمل الجماعي والتعلم المستمر، وترسيخ قيم المسؤولية والأخلاقيات المهنية لدى طلبتنا، إلى جانب بناء شراكات فاعلة مع المؤسسات والقطاعات ذات العلاقة.
كما نؤمن بأن التميز الأكاديمي مسؤولية مشتركة تتطلب التعاون بين أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية والطلبة وإدارة الجامعة، والعمل بروح الفريق الواحد لتحقيق أهداف القسم وتطوير مخرجاته التعليمية والبحثية، بما يسهم في خدمة المجتمع ودعم الاقتصاد الرقمي.
