An achievement to create economic opportunities for Jordanian youth
(The INJAZ program operates at Al al-Bayt University through the office of the King Abdullah II Fund for Development for Career Guidance)
The Injaz program aims to prepare male and female students, young men and women from the age group (14-24), in preparation that qualifies them to enter and compete in the labor market, by developing and deepening their personal skills (self-confidence, decision-making ability, critical thinking) and their practical skills (organizational, financial, economic) in the labor market.
The program relies on unconventional methods (participatory method) in education. The program is keen to use the participatory education method and various activities based on mutual respect that enhance the participants’ abilities and exchange of ideas in an atmosphere that encourages real listening. These activities fall under these activities: work papers, brainstorming, group discussion, small work groups, and role playing.
