The General Services Department is one of the important and vital departments and is directly related to all colleges, centers and departments of the university and at all academic and administrative levels. We at the Department of General Services at Al al-Bayt University look forward to achieving the highest quality standards in providing services through the efforts and dedication of its employees to create a clean and healthy environment and safe and comfortable transportation services for all employees, students and visitors of the university, aiming to reach a high degree of providing high-quality services that simulate University mission and strategies. All of us in this department are proud of our work and belonging to this great scientific edifice, and we are very keen to raise the level of satisfaction of the recipient of our services. The Department of General Services follows up and maintains the cleanliness of the university facilities. It also secures transportation for students and university workers participating in scientific and sports conferences and correspondence, and secures all transportation services in the daily work of the university.
The Department of Public Services also follows up the complexes and classrooms, ensuring their readiness and cleanliness, following up on public safety devices such as extinguishers and alarm devices, and working on their maintenance through the specialized companies. In addition to any other service work that needs coordination and follow-up with parties inside or outside the university that have a link with the university services to provide a clean environment
Towards a clean and safe university environment
- Showing the university its proper appearance, and the absence of observations or complaints about the level of cleanliness and the general appearance of the university, and highlighting the university as a landmark of the city of Mafraq.
- Creating the appropriate atmosphere for male and female students by showing the classrooms and university facilities in a decent appearance.
- Activating public safety guidelines through the concerned authorities within the university and coordinating with the Civil Defense to give courses in this regard according to the department's plan. Upgrading the staff and services provided
- Reducing costs while maintaining quality performance - Reducing the volume of waste
