Responsibilities of the International Relations and Affairs Department
Enhancing International and Regional Collaboration: Develop strategic partnerships with leading universities and research institutions locally and internationally to advance academic internationalization.
Managing Agreements and International Projects: Oversee and manage all international agreements, memoranda of understanding, and academic projects, ensuring adherence to global best practices.
Facilitating Academic Exchange Programs: Provide guidance and support to students and faculty participating in international study or exchange programs.
Hosting and Supervising International Students and Researchers: Offer orientation, supervision, and support to international students and researchers conducting studies or research at the university.
International Marketing and Academic Promotion: Develop and disseminate informational materials, brochures, and publications that enhance the university’s image and academic programs internationally.
Developing the International Network: Establish and maintain a comprehensive network of international partners to exchange experiences and best academic and administrative practices.
Supporting Research and Collaborative Projects: Assist faculty members and researchers in preparing project proposals and submitting them to international funding bodies.
Providing Up-to-Date Reference Materials: Maintain and update resources related to international study programs and research scholarships, ensuring students and staff have access to the latest information.
