Academic Accreditation Department

In striving for a high position and following up the application of global and national criteria, Al al-Bayt University established the Department of Academic Accreditation to carry out the tasks of monitoring accreditation, indicators and criteria for all academic programs at the university at its three levels (Bachelor, Master, and Ph.D.). The department also prepares and monitors the university's level in the world classifications of universities and suggests appropriate work mechanisms to raise the university's level in those classifications. In addition, the department seeks to obtain international accreditations and certificates to meet the vision, mission, goals, values, and strategic plan of the university.

The department is strictly concerned with the design, development, and review of academic programs​ at the university, ensuring compliance with public and private accreditation criteria, and seeking local and international accreditations.​

1. Follow up the accreditation Indicator​ for academic programs at the university based on the Jordanian accreditation standards.
2. Obtain local accreditation for all academic programs at the university.
3. Obtain international accreditation for selected academic programs at the university.
4. Follow up the accreditation commission reports issued after the visit and take the necessary action.
5. Follow up the university competence exam and analyze the results at the university level
6. Rising  the level of university's rank locally, regionally, and internationally
7. Provide the necessary training for faculty members at the university
8. Implement university policies and aspirations related to the upgrading of the faculty​
